Grants
The Welsh Assembly Government Web site says the following:
“Grants between £5,001 and £75,000 are available.The proportion of assistance will be between 7.5% and 50% of the eligible expenditure.The scheme is discretionary and the grant offered will relate to individual circumstances, including the location of the project and will always be the minimum amount needed for the project to proceed.”

Certain locations have a disadvantage commercially, the grant systems gives us a chance to compete.
